By accessing or using Analytics Plus, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms
• You understand these Terms
• You agree to comply with these Terms
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• Information you provide to Analytics Plus is accurate to the best of your knowledge

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should discontinue use of the platform.

You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement to purchase Premium Membership.

If you are below the age at which you may independently enter into online contracts in your jurisdiction, Premium Membership should only be purchased with the authorization and involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required.

By purchasing Premium Membership, you represent that you are legally authorized to use the payment method used for the transaction.

Analytics Plus provides certain educational content free of charge.

Free Content may include:

• Video lessons
• Tutorials
• Course previews
• Articles
• Examples
• Educational resources
• Other learning materials

Certain Free Content may be accessed without registering or creating an Analytics Plus account.

Analytics Plus determines which content is offered free of charge.

We may occasionally:

• Add new Free Content
• Remove Free Content
• Replace existing Free Content
• Reorganize lessons
• Convert Free Content into Premium Content
• Temporarily make Premium Content available for free

Availability of a lesson as Free Content at one particular time does not guarantee that the lesson will permanently remain free.

Certain lessons and resources available through Analytics Plus are classified as Premium Content.

Access to Premium Content requires:

• An eligible Analytics Plus user account
• A valid Premium Membership

Premium Content may include:

• Premium video lessons
• Full courses
• Advanced tutorials
• Practical demonstrations
• Projects
• Exercises
• Assignments
• Datasets
• Learning materials
• Downloadable resources where specifically provided
• Newly released educational content
• Other Premium features provided by Analytics Plus

Users must normally be logged into the account associated with their Premium Membership to access Premium Content.

Analytics Plus offers or may offer a Premium Lifetime Membership through a one-time payment.

• It does not require recurring monthly membership payments
• It does not require recurring annual membership payments
• It does not automatically renew

After the applicable one-time payment has been successfully completed, the eligible account receives Premium Membership access subject to these Terms and Conditions.

The membership price may occasionally change for future customers.

A price change does not affect a Premium Membership that has already been validly purchased.

Lifetime Access does not refer to or guarantee access for the biological lifetime of an individual user.

Premium Lifetime Membership is intended to provide long-term Premium access without requiring recurring monthly or annual membership payments.

However, no online service can reasonably guarantee permanent operation forever.

If Analytics Plus permanently ceases operating the applicable service in the future, access to the service may consequently end.

Lifetime Access also remains subject to the user's compliance with these Terms.

A major benefit of Premium Lifetime Membership is access to eligible new content added to the standard Analytics Plus Premium library.

Premium Lifetime Members will generally not be required to make another Premium Membership payment when new standard Premium educational content is added.

This may include:

• New courses
• New lessons
• Updated lessons
• Additional projects
• New exercises
• New datasets
• Tutorials covering additional tools
• Content covering emerging technologies
• Other educational materials included within the standard Premium library

Therefore, if the Analytics Plus Premium library grows after your purchase, eligible Premium Lifetime Members may continue accessing qualifying additions without paying another Premium Membership fee.

Premium Lifetime Membership does not necessarily include every separate product or service Analytics Plus may offer in the future.

Analytics Plus may introduce separately priced services such as:

• Live classes
• Instructor-led programs
• One-to-one mentoring
• Personalized consultation
• Corporate training
• Career services
• Live workshops
• Certification examinations
• Special events
• Physical products
• Enterprise services
• Other separately identified services

Such services may require separate payment.

Introducing separate products or services does not affect a Premium Member's existing access to the standard Analytics Plus Premium Content library covered by the membership.

Analytics Plus operates in technology-related educational fields where tools, software, methods, and industry practices may change frequently.

We may therefore update our educational materials.

Analytics Plus may:

• Update lessons
• Replace older videos
• Correct educational errors
• Add examples
• Remove outdated lessons
• Combine lessons
• Divide lessons
• Change course structures
• Rename courses or sections
• Replace datasets
• Demonstrate newer software versions
• Add updated resources
• Replace existing materials with improved versions

Premium Membership provides access to the applicable Premium educational library.

It does not create ownership of or an entitlement to a permanently unchanged version of every individual video or course.

Some Analytics Plus features require a user account.

When registering an account, you agree to provide reasonably accurate information.

You must not:

• Create an account using another person's identity without authorization
• Impersonate another individual
• Create accounts for fraudulent purposes
• Deliberately provide false information
• Attempt to bypass account restrictions
• Misuse the account-registration system

Analytics Plus may restrict accounts reasonably suspected of fraudulent or abusive activity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Analytics Plus login credentials.

You should not provide your password or account credentials to unauthorized individuals.

If you believe that another person has obtained unauthorized access to your account, you should contact Analytics Plus as soon as reasonably possible.

Analytics Plus may temporarily restrict an account where reasonably necessary to verify ownership or resolve unusual account activity.

Unless Analytics Plus expressly provides otherwise in writing, Premium Membership is intended for the personal educational use of the individual account holder.

Purchasing Premium Membership does not mean that you purchase ownership of Analytics Plus videos, courses, materials, or intellectual property.

Premium Membership provides a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access eligible Premium Content under these Terms.

You may not:

• Give your login information to another person
• Sell access to your account
• Rent access to your account
• Share Premium access with friends
• Share Premium access with colleagues
• Share Premium access with students
• Share Premium access with employees
• Operate one personal account as a group account
• Publicly distribute your Premium account credentials

Each person requiring Premium Membership should obtain their own membership unless Analytics Plus has expressly offered another licensing arrangement.

Analytics Plus reserves the right to restrict access where there is reasonable evidence of unauthorized account sharing.

A Premium Member may normally access their Analytics Plus account from multiple personal devices.

For example:

• Desktop computer
• Laptop
• Smartphone
• Tablet

Using your own Premium account across devices that you personally use does not by itself constitute prohibited account sharing.

However, unusually high simultaneous usage or other patterns indicating unauthorized sharing may result in temporary account verification or access restrictions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Analytics Plus and/or the applicable rights holders own or control the intellectual property rights associated with the platform and its original content.

This may include:

• Courses
• Explanations
• Course structures
• Graphics
• Illustrations
• Website designs
• Text
• Articles
• Exercises
• Assignments
• Projects
• Code examples
• Original datasets
• Templates
• Documents
• Branding
• Logos
• Images
• Animations
• Other educational materials

Purchasing Premium Membership provides access to eligible materials.

It does not transfer copyright or ownership of those materials to the purchaser.

All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.

You may not reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, sublicense, publicly distribute, or commercially exploit Analytics Plus Premium Content without written authorization.

You must not:

• Download Premium videos where an official download feature is not provided
• Copy Premium videos for redistribution
• Upload lessons to another website
• Upload lessons to YouTube or another video platform
• Upload Premium Content to file-sharing platforms
• Distribute Premium lessons through messaging groups
• Sell copies of Analytics Plus lessons
• Repackage Analytics Plus courses and represent them as your own
• Distribute paid materials to customers or students
• Create an unauthorized mirror of Analytics Plus
• Circumvent restrictions intended to protect Premium Content

You may create ordinary personal study notes while learning.

Personal notes do not give you the right to reproduce or redistribute substantial portions of our original educational content.

Premium Content may not be systematically screen-recorded, copied, captured, archived, or extracted for redistribution.

In particular, you may not record Analytics Plus Premium lessons for the purpose of:

• Uploading them elsewhere
• Sharing them with another individual
• Selling them
• Creating a competing course library
• Republishing them through social media
• Providing them through a private group
• Otherwise bypassing the Premium Membership system

Small screenshots or personal notes used solely for your private study may be acceptable where otherwise lawful.

Analytics Plus is an educational platform.

Our goal is to help users understand data-related concepts, technologies, and practical skills.

However, enrollment, Premium Membership, lesson completion, or course completion does not guarantee:

• Employment
• Promotion
• A particular salary
• Freelancing income
• Business revenue
• Academic results
• Professional certification
• Admission to an educational institution
• Any particular career outcome

Individual results depend on many factors, including personal effort, practice, previous experience, market conditions, and individual circumstances.

Analytics Plus may teach or demonstrate third-party software, applications, programming languages, libraries, services, or technologies.

Examples may include Excel, Power BI, Python-related technologies, SQL systems, and other data-related tools.

Third-party technologies are independently maintained and may change over time.

Their:

• Interfaces
• Features
• Prices
• Licensing conditions
• Documentation
• Availability
• Technical behavior

may change without notice from Analytics Plus.

As a result, a lesson recorded using one software version may appear somewhat different from a later version of the software.

Analytics Plus may update affected lessons when reasonably appropriate but cannot guarantee immediate updates whenever a third-party product changes.

Premium Membership payments may be processed using an authorized third-party payment service.

By completing a purchase, you agree to:

• Pay the amount displayed during checkout
• Provide accurate payment information
• Use a payment method you are authorized to use
• Complete the transaction through the available payment system

Premium Membership may only be activated after successful payment confirmation.

If payment fails, is declined, remains incomplete, or cannot be verified, Premium access may not be activated.

Analytics Plus may occasionally offer:

• Discounts
• Coupon codes
• Promotional pricing
• Launch offers
• Seasonal offers
• Regional offers
• Limited-time deals

Different users may therefore purchase Premium Membership at different prices.

If Premium Membership becomes cheaper after you have already purchased it, you are not entitled to a refund, partial refund, credit, or reimbursement of the difference.

Similarly, expiration of a promotional offer does not create any entitlement to purchase Premium Membership later at the previous promotional price.

If you believe that a transaction was duplicated, processed incorrectly, or made without authorization, you should contact Analytics Plus so that the issue can be investigated.

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback does not automatically create a right to retain Premium Membership access.

If a Premium Membership payment is:

• Reversed
• Charged back
• Cancelled
• Refunded due to a mandatory legal requirement
• Determined to have been fraudulent

the Premium Membership associated with that payment may be suspended or permanently removed.

Analytics Plus reserves the right to dispute fraudulent or abusive chargebacks using relevant transaction and account records.

Premium Membership is associated with the eligible account through which the qualifying membership purchase was made or assigned.

Premium Membership may not normally be:

• Sold
• Rented
• Auctioned
• Commercially transferred
• Assigned to another individual
• Resold as part of another service

If you lose access to the email address associated with your Premium account, you may contact Analytics Plus for assistance.

We may request reasonable information to verify account ownership before making changes.

Analytics Plus may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where there is reasonable evidence that the user has materially violated these Terms.

Reasons may include:

• Unauthorized account sharing
• Piracy
• Unauthorized redistribution of content
• Fraud
• Payment abuse
• Attempts to bypass Premium Content restrictions
• Malicious activity
• Website attacks
• Unauthorized commercial exploitation of Analytics Plus materials
• Serious or repeated violations of these Terms

Where reasonably appropriate, Analytics Plus may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue.

However, immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect the platform, Premium Content, intellectual property, other users, or Analytics Plus.

Lifetime Access is subject to compliance with these Terms.

Lifetime Access does not mean that a Premium account can never be suspended or terminated.

A user may lose Premium Membership access where the account has been used for serious violations such as:

• Piracy
• Fraud
• Unauthorized distribution
• Deliberate unauthorized account sharing
• Attempts to steal Premium Content
• Deliberate attacks against the platform

An account terminated for violation of these Terms is not automatically entitled to a refund.

The No-Refund Policy continues to apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Analytics Plus aims to keep its services reasonably accessible.

However, uninterrupted website availability cannot be guaranteed.

The website may temporarily become unavailable because of:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Server maintenance
• Software updates
• Hosting issues
• Internet outages
• Technical problems
• Service-provider failures
• Website migrations
• Unexpected errors
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Temporary technical interruptions do not automatically create a right to a refund or compensation.

Analytics Plus is an evolving educational platform.

We may change or improve:

• Website design
• Navigation
• Account dashboards
• Course organization
• Lesson organization
• Video players
• Hosting infrastructure
• Payment systems
• Membership interfaces
• Course categories
• Features
• Other functionality

Such modifications may be introduced to improve usability, performance, compatibility, educational quality, or the overall platform experience.

Premium Lifetime Membership provides access to the applicable Premium library, but does not guarantee that every individual lesson will remain available permanently in exactly the same format.

Analytics Plus may remove, replace, restructure, or update individual content because it has become:

• Outdated
• Technically inaccurate
• Superseded by improved material
• Duplicative
• No longer educationally useful
• Unsuitable for the current structure of the platform

Analytics Plus may replace older lessons with newer or improved lessons covering similar subjects.

These ordinary content updates do not constitute cancellation of Premium Membership.

Users must use Analytics Plus responsibly and lawfully.

You must not:

• Violate applicable law through the platform
• Attempt unauthorized access to another user's account
• Introduce malicious software
• Interfere with normal operation of the website
• Use stolen payment information
• Impersonate another individual
• Circumvent Premium Content restrictions
• Engage in piracy
• Use the platform for fraudulent purposes
• Deliberately damage Analytics Plus systems
• Use the service in a manner that materially interferes with other users

Analytics Plus may take reasonable action against accounts involved in serious violations.

If Analytics Plus provides features allowing users to submit reviews, questions, profile information, comments, assignments, or other materials, users remain responsible for the material they submit.

Users must not submit material that:

• Violates another person's intellectual property rights
• Contains malicious software
• Is fraudulent
• Is unlawful
• Contains information the user has no right to disclose

Where necessary to operate the relevant website feature, you permit Analytics Plus to process, store, display, or otherwise handle submitted material in connection with providing the service.

Analytics Plus may occasionally provide links to third-party websites, software documentation, resources, tools, or services.

These links may be provided for educational purposes or convenience.

Analytics Plus does not control independent third-party websites and cannot guarantee their:

• Availability
• Accuracy
• Content
• Pricing
• Terms

When using an external website or service, you are responsible for reviewing its applicable terms and policies.

Although Analytics Plus aims to provide useful, practical, and accurate educational content, we cannot guarantee that:

• Every lesson will always be completely error-free
• Every example will apply to every possible situation
• Every third-party tool will remain identical to the version demonstrated
• The website will always operate without interruption
• All content will remain permanently unchanged
• Using Analytics Plus will produce a specific academic, professional, financial, or career result

Nothing in these Terms excludes legal protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Analytics Plus and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform where such liability may lawfully be limited.

This may include loss associated with:

• Employment decisions
• Business decisions
• Expected earnings
• Loss of data
• Third-party software changes
• Temporary website interruptions
• User misuse of educational materials
• Reliance on examples outside their intended educational context

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users may be responsible for losses, claims, or reasonable costs directly resulting from their unlawful use of Analytics Plus or material violation of these Terms.

This may include claims resulting from unauthorized copying, redistribution, piracy, fraudulent activity, or infringement committed by the user.

Analytics Plus will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances reasonably beyond its control.

• Civil disturbances
• Government actions
• Major Internet failures
• Hosting outages
• Cyber incidents
• Electricity failures
• Widespread telecommunications interruptions
• Pandemics
• Legal or regulatory changes
• Other extraordinary events beyond reasonable control

Analytics Plus may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Updates may be made because of:

• New website features
• Additional educational services
• Changes to the Premium platform
• Changes in payment systems
• Changes in law
• Business-model changes
• General improvements to Analytics Plus

The updated Terms will be published on analyticsplus.courses, and the Last Updated date may be revised accordingly.

Where applicable law requires additional notification regarding a material change, Analytics Plus may provide such notice.

These Terms are subject to applicable laws and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to a particular user or transaction.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove a legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded through contractual terms.

Where applicable law grants mandatory rights to a consumer, those rights will continue to apply notwithstanding any contrary provision of these Terms.

you are encouraged to contact Analytics Plus first so that the issue can be reviewed.

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate legitimate concerns and resolve appropriate issues directly where practical.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be handled through the courts, authorities, or other procedures available under applicable law.
